Shipping and return

-Delivery by Julian-

All bracelets are custom-made for you in our workshop in Hengelo. As a result, the delivery time is 1-3 working days.
- PostNL delivers our orders and aims to deliver the package (from Tuesday to Saturday) within 24 hours (only in the Netherlands). Delivery within Europe is approximately 3 working days.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
- Free shipping for all our bracelets (without track and trace).
- With track and trace € 4,25 (free for orders over € 70).

Shipping costs within Europe (Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Sweden):
- Shipping costs are € 4,25 (with track and trace)
Free with shipping above € 70,00.

Shipping costs within Europe (Bulgary, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway,  Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland, United Kingdom):
- Shipping costs are € 5,95 (with track and trace)
Free with shipping above € 90,00.

Shipping costs world wide (Australia, Canada, Hongkong, Israel, Japan, Malasia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, US, South Korea):
- Shipping costs are € 9,95 (with track and trace)
Free with shipping above € 100,00.


Track and trace
If you choose for shipping within the Netherlands with track and trace the code will be sent to you after your order has been handed over to PostNL.
All orders shipped within Europe also have a track and trace code.

-Returns by Julian-
You may return your order within 14 days, provided that it is in its original state. This means that the item is in its original packaging and that it has not been damaged/used.
- Please email us in advance at info@byjulian.nl or use the contact form to indicate that you wish to return your order.
- Add the return form to the return shipment.
- Send your return in the original or similar packaging to:

- The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. We advise to send the items insured and/or with track and trace. by Julian is not liable if something goes wrong with a return.
- Once we have received the items back, we will ensure that the full purchase amount is transferred back into your account within 5 working days.
